How do I place an order?
Use the menu to enter our online shop and from here you can browse all of our designs. All of our artwork is available as a print in A5, A4 or A3 size ready for you to frame. Simply select the design you like, then choose the option that suits you and click the "Add to Cart" button.
Once you have finished shopping navigate to your cart (top right of the page) and continue through the straightforward checkout process to complete your transaction.

What payment options are available?
You can pay using any major credit / debit card or via Paypal.
How will my order be packaged?
Prints are packaged in a protective cello sleeve wrap with a cardboard stiffener and posted in a sturdy board-backed envelope to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. A3 prints are sent perfectly flat in a board-backed envelope with a thick cardboard stiffener and not rolled up into a tube.
How much is postage and packing?
Absolutely nothing! We will ship your items using Royal Mail or using a courier for larger orders throughout the UK for free.
How long will it take to receive my artwork?
Orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be shipped the next working day. All orders are sent using Royal Mail for free. We will send you an email as soon as your item has been despatched and delivery should take 2-3 working days.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Absolutely, just get in touch by email at hello@heresthethingart.co.uk or via the contact us page.
Can I return my purchase?
We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase but if not just get in touch and let us know what we can do to make things right. We understand that sometimes things aren't quite what you expected so you can always return your purchase for a full refund - just pop us a quick email first letting us know.
