Shipping policy

Orders will be dispatched the next working day Monday to Friday. 

Orders under £25 will be sent, for free, using Royal Mail 2nd Class - delivery should take 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Orders over £25 will be sent, for free, using Royal Mail Tracked 48 - delivery should take 1-2 working days after dispatch and is fully trackable and prioritised by Royal Mail.

We will send you an email as soon as your item has been dispatched.

We cannot guarantee the service from Royal Mail and on rare occasions delivery can take longer. If you have not received your order after 10 days then please get in touch with us at hello@heresthethingart.co.uk.
